When it comes to Peru, we’re talking about many climates, as this wonderful country has three regions: the coast, the mountains, and the jungle, each with distinct climates. So, you’ll need to bring a little bit of everything. Lima, Paracas, and Ica tend to be cool and very hot at certain times of the year, so light clothing is a good start. In the mountains can be extremely cold in the mornings and evenings and, at certain times of the year (December, January, February, and March), it can rain a lot. It’s best to dress warmly and wear rain gear. It’s recommended to always bring sunscreen, sunglasses, mosquito repellent, hiking boots, and walking sticks.
